EmpowHERto is a Toronto-based nonprofit that is dedicated to bettering the lives of young women, by providing opportunities for leadership experiences, confidence building, and professional development.
We provide programming for girls age 14-21, a crucial time in a young woman’s life as she navigates growing up and handling newfound societal pressures.
Our Youth Council is looking for young women interested in political engagement and community leadership to join their upcoming Civic Engagement Program. They will gain valuable leadership experience, be a part of an alumni network, and learn from guest speakers and experts.
The program runs until mid-April (21 weeks) and is looking for 15-20 girls.
